Will never go back so tempted to call the health inspector. We have never eaten at such a bad Smashburger. The order took an extra half hour to be done. They forgot two order of fries and gave us a hamburger with lettuce when it was supposed to be a smash bean burger. For waiting 45 min for food the fries and tots were ice cold. Two employees inside sitting eating puts fingers in her mouth then gets up put gloves on don’t wash her hands keeps touching her hair as she putting the food they forgot with our order into the bag then sits back down with the gloves still on touching her phone and eating. Will never go back again.
This place has always been overpriced for the taste. Decided to give it another try a few weeks back, ordered one of their new seasonal shakes to try. They gave my brother the weakest drink carrier possible and the drinks fell as soon as he left the building. They wouldn't even bother replacing the soda shake when he went back inside. So he brought my shift meal to me with no drink. Contacted the manager and left a vm, they never got back to me. Just terrible
I had been wanting to try Smashburger for a while and was finally able to. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the experience. The burgers were bland and too crispy, almost crunching while chewing. The portion of smash tots for $3.79 was very small. When I mentioned this to the hostess, all I got was a simple "I'm sorry." I don't think I will be returning. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean.
We arrived at the restaurant after 10:30 A.M. and the host, Hector, was very unfriendly. He did not greet us or acknowledge our presence. He came to the register and stood there without saying a word. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order. It was disappointing to see that he was the only worker there and the fountain drink machine was not working. Our visit to this location was not pleasant.

I took the food out. The wings are delicious! The staff work really hard to make every meal come out as close to perfect as possible. The Nanuet location is really clean. Hi five to the staff and thanks for making my dinner tonight!
I always love Smashburger. This visit was especially pleasing. I appreciate the girl that found my card and returned it to me. Thank you for being honest.
Manager totally unattentive to a young team who needs his constant support. My order was completed after clients who came in after me.
Burger was great as always. I wish I remembered the cashier's name she was very friendly. Tall girl with long braided hair.

The service was excellent and they offered gluten free options. The food was also delicious.
