Long story short: I drive for Grub Hub. This store won 't start the order until I marked arrived on my app. If that 's the case, then I have to wait for them to prepare the order. This could take up to 20 minutes when they are busy. I don 't get paid by thehour, I get paid for delivering promptly. What I suggest is that all Grub Hub drives simply drive past the store, and mark arrived then use another app to pick up food, Door Dash or Uber Eats, then make that delivery. Then when they are good andready to pick up from Smash Burger, they can return to the Smash Burger...hopefully the food is good and cold by then. Then thecustomers will get angry with Smash Burger for being such a horrible co...
As a Grubhub driver, I’ve noticed that Smashburger doesn’t start preparing orders until I mark myself as arrived on the app. This means I often have to wait up to 20 minutes for busy times while they make the food. Since I’m paid per delivery, not by the hour, this delay affects my earnings. My suggestion is that drivers mark arrived, then pick up the order using another app like DoorDash or Uber Eats, and deliver from there. Later, when Smashburger is ready, drivers can return for the food—though by then it might be cold and customers frustrated. Overall, Smashburger treats the delivery drivers poorly and makes the process difficult.
They close at 9:30, so I walked in at 8:30 thinking I could order a simple burger to make things easier for them. However, they had already stopped taking orders, and the excuse I received was, "our service system is down." It seemed unreasonable since he could have easily written down my order on a piece of paper and sent it to the kitchen. When I entered, the employees just stared at me and retreated to the back, except for one man who seemed to be the only one left to deliver the bad news. I had a terrible experience, and it was my first time there.
The burgers at this place were decent, but the experience was mixed. We had to wait a long time to place our order, as there was only a three-person line, but the food was served quite quickly afterward. Unfortunately, the ice machine was out of order, so the fountain drinks were warm, and the fries arrived lukewarm, almost cold. Overall, it was an average experience, and I probably won't return due to the high prices.

It's a good Fast Casual Burger, think Five Boys, Shake Shack as Comps. Both chicken and burgers are solid. I would have gotten both with a single patty, because the double was a bit fat / slutty. Their special frits with rosemary are a highlight. Not as good as Shake-Hack, this is my 5 star benchmark in this category
The burgers here were quite tasty. We waited briefly behind three customers to order, but the food arrived quickly. However, the ice machine was broken, and the fountain soda was warm. The fries were nearly cold as well. Overall, it was an average experience, and due to the high prices, I likely won't return.
The restaurant has a bright and spacious atmosphere. While the staff at the register could have been a bit more enthusiastic, the chicken was tasty (albeit quite salty). However, the smash fries and sweet potato fries were absolutely fantastic!
I ordered a BBQ cheddar bacon burger but got a burger with lettuce, ketchup, mayo, and pickles—no BBQ sauce—and it was burnt. This isn’t the first time this location has made a mistake, so I won’t be ordering from them again.

The restaurant had a spacious and well-lit atmosphere, though the staff seemed somewhat indifferent. The chicken was tasty but a little too salty. However, the Smashfries and Sweet Potato Fries were outstanding!
