Smashburger - Réserver une table

Exceptional visit and a significant improvement from my previous visit. I was very happy with my visit. The burger fries and drink was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The team member and manager were very friendly and nice and welcoming. There was a significant improvement from my last visit which makes me happy. The restaurant had a pleasant ambient atmosphere with the TV and music and it was overall very clean and a wonderful visit. My belly is very pleased.

I called to order, and I was waiting for seven minutes, then I decided to go to Smashburger only. When I arrived, they said you were still under control. No one sat at the tables and it took 15 minutes to get my order. The chocolate milkshake came immediately and the burgers were crushed by the time I came home. Soggy and cold. Spread almost $30 I'm not happy with the service, with everything you need to send a manager to fix the problems in this mumroneck branch.

Admittedly, my delivery was cold on me, but I honestly think the food didn't live until the price, even it back in a toaster oven. Small portions for such a big price. The BBQ wings did not look impressive and my burger was joined together sloppily.

The experience was not great. It seems to be a clean, fresh mood in their advertising, but the place was dirty, the baths disgusting and the food was not good at all. All dripping oil. Although the cashier was really nice. Kudos for their attention

Service was great. Eating came out quickly was done well. The seating was clean and you could see the staff to make sure that things were on the point.
