The first time I visited, I had to wait 50 minutes for a cold, stale burger. When I voiced my complaint, they kindly offered me a complimentary burger for my next visit. I must say, the dine-in experience is vastly improved. This time, I only waited 10 minutes for a hot, delicious burger. The restaurant is clean and has well-lit seating. The specialty smash burger and the accommodating staff have elevated my experience from a 3 to a 10!
I wasn't aware that they were undergoing renovations, but when we arrived, we were greeted by the only employee on site. She was incredibly friendly and composed, even though she was handling everything on her own. She brought out our food, along with napkins and condiments, and checked in to see if everything looked okay or if we needed anything else. She did a fantastic job. I would definitely return!
The Smash Fries and Tots are absolutely delicious. The shakes are rich and creamy without becoming foamy as they melt; instead, they turn into a luxurious, silky cold cream. The chicken tenders are juicy and packed with flavor. I've also tried their burgers, and they are exceptional. You can really taste the high-quality ingredients they use.
I ordered groove chicken strips, but instead I received a fried chicken sandwich patty that was cut into three strips. It was overcooked and virtually inedible. Was this really worth $10.00 for strips? Additionally, none of the dipping sauces I requested came with it, and the container of tater tots was less than half full. Réservez une table maintenant
The shakes are incredibly delicious, but I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth because they never fill them all the way to the top. After just two sips, I'm already halfway through! It especially bothers me when I don’t have whipped cream on top; they really should fill the shake to the brim.
The fries were cold and rubbery and oily. They were not fresh. The truffle mayo was gross. The lettuce was old and wilted. The avocado spread was a bad choice. It was tasteless. The SMASH TOTS were great.
Love the burgers. The place is almost warehouse like and echoey, it could use some music or something. The staff are very friendly.Parking: There are other businesses in the area that share the parking.

I remember when Smashburger burgers were big like gourmet burgers. The flavor is good, but the quality seems to have gone down.
