This was my first time ever at a Smashburger and honestly it was my last. I ordered the Double Bacon Smashburger with regular french fries and a Cookies and Cream shake. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and even when it was finished, dining in there's a sense of hesitation the staff gives because they don't tell you where to sit or give you a way to get your order. My burger was so greasy and dripping from the side, my fries were at best good but my shake was a disaster. It had a taste of burning metal from what I can assume was the overworked blender. I simply refused to drink it. Overall not worth going back if I can go to Shake Shack or even Five Guys.

My family has visited Smashburger several times, and each time we've had an excellent experience. The turkey burgers on the menu are truly exceptional! We also love the Brussels sprouts and smash duds. The team is friendly, hardworking, and attentive, collaborating to make sure every customer is satisfied. It's especially impressive given that many staff members are quite young. Well done, Smashburger!
We were really excited to try Smashburger, having heard so much about it. We love the smash burger type of cooking hamburgers, but we were not impressed. I had the Double Triple and it was fine. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't particularly juicy. My companion had the larger BBQ, Bacon and Cheddar and his was actually dry. The location was clean and pleasant, but we were hoping for more from the food.

I wish I could give Smashburger less than one star. This is the only place in NJ where you have to specifically ask for chicken in your Cobb salad. Everywhere else, chicken is a standard part of the salad. Why would anyone order a Cobb salad without chicken? It’s a key component of the dish. Save your money and go anywhere else on the menu for a proper salad.
My family has enjoyed this SmashBurger on many occasions. Their turkey burgers are out of this world! We also love their brussel sprouts and smash tots. The staff here is friendly, hardworking and dedicated. They always work as a team to ensure customersatisfaction. This is impressive, especially since the staff is largely young kids. Well done, SmashBurger!
I was given the wrong order, receiving chicken instead of beef. It took an additional 30 minutes to get the correct meal. Given the delay, I believe a complimentary item would have been appropriate. On top of that, a person behind me didn't get their fries either. This experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

Classic Smash Burger w/ Smashfries... On point? I just wish the fries had more of the rosemary, garlic taste to them...they were just oily. But all things aside... It's worth the stop and delicious Burger ?.
