I waited over 20 minutes for a single milkshake that I had ordered online in advance. As a mall employee with limited break time, I always place my order before heading out. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was there to pick up an online order, and they saw it hadn’t even been started yet. The employee apologized and began making it but then stopped when other staff came to the front. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I spoke to another employee about the delay and all I received was an apology. With four employees working, it shouldn’t have taken that long. By the time I finally got my milkshake, my entire break was over.
The Turkey Deluxe Burger is excellent and well-portioned! However, the fries aren’t always served hot. Additionally, they tend to be a bit stingy when it comes to extra ketchup for the fries, which is why I’m giving them one less star. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly, and it’s a great place to sit! Overall, I recommend this restaurant.
I ordered the cheddar smoked brisket burger with onion rings at Smashburger, and it was excellent. The onion rings were greasy, but in a tasty way. The chocolate shake was also delicious and stood out compared to other food court options in the mall. Smashburger’s menu offers great choices that really satisfy.
Fantastic fast food! The food was quite tasty. However, the smash fries could use some improvement; the only distinction between them and regular French fries seemed to be that they were simply dipped in butter or oil with some rosemary. A better seasoning would elevate them.

Ordered a Cheddar smoked Brisket Burger with onion rings it was very good and the onion rings were greasy, but a good tasting greasy. The chocolate shaker I had was also very good, it was better than the other food menu options at this mall
The burger I had was cold and lacked flavor; there was no passion in it. I foolishly assumed this was one of the higher-end burger chains, but it clearly wasn't. It felt like fast food, yet somehow it was served slowly.
Smashburger is a decent burger chain, though the prices are a bit high for small fast food burgers. The service was quick, even on a busy day, but they could reduce the amount of salt on the patties slightly.
The Smashburger menu promised quality, but I was disappointed by a cold, bland burger and uninspiring fries. I expected a more premium experience, but it felt like slow fast food instead.

One of the best vegetarian burgers I've ever tasted! The manager was extremely accommodating, and the service was excellent.
Make sure to inspect your salad greens before eating—they were extremely wilted in my order.
