We hosted a private event here in the Canal room last weekend. The communication with the staff was top notch leading up to the event. When we arrived, they greeted us warmly and immediately started serving us drinks and our appetizers. Food orders were taken promptly. All of our main courses were EXCELLENT!!!! IF, and that's a very BIG IF, you can actually find this place, you're in for a treat. The Tomahawk hanging steak is a must, good to share amongst 2 very hungry or 3 people. Medium rare was absolutely perfect. The porterhouse was a tad overcooked and dry for my taste but nobody else seemed to mind. For a special occasion or impressive steak I can?t recommend this place highly enough! Our group of seven had a brilliant welcome and were seated upstairs by the window, overlooking the canals beneath. The interior was beautiful, feeling traditional and sophisticated with everywhere spotlessly clean. The table was large and spacious, even for a group, and dressed great. We checked in for our reservations at we were promptly seated at the requested table. From the oysters and tuna tartare appetizers to bone in rib eye, we shared it was huge, truffle Mac and cheese and Caesar's salad, superb. Drinks and wine, delicious. We celebrated my husband's bday. They had his favorite cigar malt scotch, which is rare to get in a restaurant. The service was great. They have the BEST split pea soup, that I recommend splitting because it's so filling. We shared a wagyu Tomahawk that was scrumptious. Creamed spinach was only ok.
Decadent steak house! The porterhouse was cooked perfectly. Lobster was fresh. Truffle Mac Cheese was tasty! Service was so pleasant. Those fresh rolls would be awesome right now. I will definitely revisit.
Old school professional service with outstanding flavoursome steak. Great choice amid a sea of mediocre of lasVegas strip based restaurants. Highly recommend Ian and Jessie.

The steaks were 10 out of 10. The sides were just ok. I do appreciate the option to order 1/2 orders of the sides.
