I had eaten at the Anaheim location prior to eating at this one. Totally different experience. This is like their fast food version. Order at the counter and they bring your food. Which I have no problem with except that's pretty much where the customer service stops. Foid prices are ok but $4 fpr a smallish fountain drink with no refills is ridiculous for this type of establishment.My order for myself, my wife and son came out to $80 with tip, and you're prompted to tip then and there. But they don't tell you they also tack on 3% auto tip to your bill. That in itself makes me never want to go back. I took my mom and kids to this restaurant, and I have to say the service we received from Mathew J. was unmatched compared to anywhere else I’ve been. He was incredibly kind and generous! After we ordered our meals, he surprised us with complimentary drinks. When I realized I hadn’t ordered fries, he brought them to our table at no extra cost! His excellent service will definitely bring us back. The food was great as well. Just a tip: the medium heat flavor on the chicken is actually quite hot, so I recommend ordering mild instead. I have no other complaints. They also have their halal certification posted inside.
I had my first meal at this location, and it was fantastic! The seating area is very spacious, and there's a nice outdoor patio as well. You order at the counter, and they bring your food to the table. We tried the Mac Rib, brisket fries, and got sides of mac and cheese and waffle fries for the kids. There was plenty of food, and we ended up with a full box of leftovers! Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to come back! The brisket was particularly amazing.
Been here twice, food never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and helpful when undecided. Love the pink lemonade! The charcoal lemonade is less sweet if you prefer more of a refresher. We always opt for the brisket and ribs. Tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and will definitely order again! Atmosphere is perfect for 2 or group socializing.

I ordered milkshakes, but they were out of milk. Instead of making us wait without serving anything, the staff kindly went to the nearest store to buy what they needed for my vanilla shake. They even apologized for the wait. I will definitely come back. The music playing also gives the restaurant a relaxing vibe.
Absolutely garbage food. No idea why this place as many 5 star reviews as it does. I'm not exceptionally picky but the wait was so long, just to get COLD stale food. Will NEVER be returning here. Waste of time and
The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place time and time again.
Good was great, the gal behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to try other items.
