Spareribs are good, but at least with me they are very fat. The best Ribs in Düsseldorf are available with thick rib, unfortunately the shop is closed. Smoke BBQ is therefore a very good alternative.

Thanksgiving turkey is an absolute hammer. Incredibly tender and plentiful for 5 people. The supplements: rose cabbage (perfect cooked) sweet potato pure sauces. Look forward to next year!
Pulled Pork, Beef and Chicken bought in a vacuum. Super delicious and super fast made warm thanks to the help of the super service. If I need any more, I will gladly buy it back there.
