immersed with the family for a relaxed lunch. the food was really delicious and the service was good. we sat at the door and saw a lot of people coming and seem a bit insecure how to proceed, wait for the service or go and take a table? the personal seemed to ask what was a scandal and didn't give a big first impression. however, they remain, go in and it is a small jewel in a beautiful part of the historical rustester.

beautiful decorated, love atmosphere, practical, fast service, much to choose (over 100 gins! and good food. we had the porridges and the belly, which was delightful, but was a little disappointed in the size of the meal taking into account the price. however order a side of chips and fill them out!

Great little place for lunch and breakfast. We were just passing through to visit the castle and cathedral. Obviously vey old but beautiful dressed in side and has an alcohol license, specialising in gin. Must be a very pleasant place to visit in the evening!

real quality breakfast here in the cheese room botanicals. beautiful atmosphere at the fire, personal super friendly. probably the most tasty breakfast in the rochester high street. that was also a reasonable price. highly recommended.

the restaurant has a stylish decor and plenty of seating. the personal was timely and welcoming with a great menu and a selection of drinks with focus on gins all over the world.
