my review was taken down and i will continually make this review. the order was incorrect. the dawg box. cheap natsy stuff like rustlers hotdogs. nasty cheap nando's sauce and the skimpiest chiken wings i ever saw with cheap nasty kebab shop fries. i am also awaiting contact from trip advisor as to why my review which was accurate was taken down. iu would give a negative review if i could. smoke shed has not been the same in years. trhey now use analogue cheese. which is nasty stuff. it isnt even real cheese the order came cold and i could tell it left cold due to the nasty faux cheese not having being melted from the pellets they used.
Spent £14.50 on a takeaway. Expecting a more professional delivery. Normally use Zoom today due to a friends recommendation I used Wrexham Eats and Smoke Shed but never again The chips where cold. The onion rings and slaw where non existent The food arrived in a Premier Carrier Bag with a piece of used foil wrapping the insulated carton that couldn’t shut . I phoned asking about the slaw(which they don’t do, but is advertised) the onion rings where in the burger. No they weren’t. I won’t be recommending either one of these companies again and I’m going back to Zoom.
If your looking for some good food at a decent price the smoke shed is your place! The burgers are well put together and everything is fresh, it kicks mc burger Queen on nutrition service and speed any day! I had the jerk shed burger with fries it was made fresh and ready in 10 minutes I didn't order a drink with my meal so they even Brought one out to me on the house and were very accomidating, I don't like eating bad food but for a burger it was pretty damn tasty 18/06/22
Orders food at 7.50, didn’t come until 9.40 I called twice to see where it’s at kept telling me it’s on its way. And when I finally got it, wasn’t even worth the wait chicken burger was cold and the ribs if you could call them that were more bone than meat and also the toughest thing you could possibly imagine. Was the first time ordering from there and the last Do not order from smoke shed as it’s a waste of time and money the dog didn’t even touch it !!! Réservez une table maintenant
VILE, never dealt with such rude customer service, waited 2 hours after ringing twice for only half the food to show up, rang about 8 times to try and get the rest of what we paid for and had no answer. food tasted like dog sh*t gave it to my dogs and even they gagged. definitely don’t order
I’m gluten free so phoned and asked about options, very helpful customer service, food arrived within the time it said it would, and it was amazing!!! Had the nachos and cheese burger fries, so good, and family loved their food too! Will definitely be ordering from here again
