I had a rough experience at Smokey Bones years ago and never came back, until just recently. I was skeptical, especially ordering takeout, but it was the closest restaurant nearby and I desperately needed food. This time, thanks to one the employees, Niya, my experience was smooth and pleasant. Great energy and AMAZING customer service!! My food was delicious and packaged well. I’ll definitely be going back without hesitation next time.
The restaurant is fantastic; it has an incredible atmosphere, and the personnel are always friendly and helpful, prepared to accommodate any request. Niya, our takeout , was really friendly.The cuisine was also quite good. We had the bonefire, which was a five-star feast. All of the meal was hot and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return.
Our waiter was Jeslie and she was an amazing waiter that was kind and served our food in the fast manner. Also the food delicous too, the fries were extra crsipy and the chicken was juciy and packed with meat. The atomsphere definitely brings up your mood espcially at night and makes me feel like im at a bbq! 10/10 would recommend and defintiely would come again, thank You!
