Sat at the bar were someone just got off. Bartender never cleared or cleaned the space, or attempted to ask someone to clear. This was my second time hear, first time was during early afternoon 4:pm or so. Great friendly service to everyone. 8:00 pm at night they suck. Now I understand your busy but you can?t lose sight of new customers and cleanliness.they did move the glasses and payment when my food came, managed to leave the original napkins that were there when I got here. P.s. food is great, if your not a regular service is sketchy. Try early to late afternoon. I'm here again because I love the wings and Brussels sprouts. Everything good except they never brought me the Brussels sprout...
I can 't say enough great things about Smokey Oaks Tavern. From the food to the drinks, and the staff to the ownership, every visit here has been a truely fantastic experience! It took us a while to finally make our first visit into SOT after driving by so many times, but it 's going to forever be a go-to spot in our dining rotation. Everything is fairly priced, they have an amazing selection of beer, wine, and spirits as well as some of the best food in town. Some of my favorites being an old fashion paired with their smoked buffalo wings and brussel sprouts... or a nitro stout with a bbq rib plate and grilled artichoke.... Their food and drinks are absolutely to die for.. ????
Came in for dinner on Valentines and had a 20 minute wait or so. Tables are spread out nicely, which doesn't cram pack people in such a small space. Understandably, they were busy and we had a bit of wait for service also, but was efficient. Crispy brussel sprouts were very good, though they could have used more sauce. Tri tip sandwich was amazing! Soft french bread, flavorful tri tip and just enough tangy BBQ sauce. Dirty tots were okay I think I was just too full to give them an honest review. Decor wasn't much to write home about but it was a solid experience.
Kinda left awhile at bar and the bar tender was aware of me he just seemed to favor this couple and they were before any food I ordered and they were talking about just random stuff so ya the scene was a little bit of a let down but it's a small place. I think I'll stick to just ordering from there and bring it home so I get a win win situation for me : Réservez une table maintenant
For years they have not been here, they have different owners. Everything has been improved since my previous visit. Great decor, service and food. Good beer selection, not only IPAs, which I guess we had steak sandwich and hot link sandwich, both very good. Steak was incredibly tender and the bread was very fresh. Yummy-Tarts too.
Stopped by a drink and a starter and was really impressed by this place. Very nice dining room and bar with super friendly staff. The beer selection was varied with something for everyone. Also mixed drinks were great. Only had an appetizer, but the SOT dead were fantastic. We're definitely coming back.
Mac and cheese taste old The meat was good I got smoke meat combo added tri-tip side salad and also missing frits bt Mac and cheese taste like old food. The noodles have a strange taste. Idk was on bt I will definitely not come back. The server was cool, she was very helpful, but the food was ok
