We do enjoy their BBQ but their service is SEVERELY LACKING! We’ve gone there twice in the last month, paid in cash and both times they KNOWINGLY PURPOSELY short changed me. When I asked where the rest of my change was, the employee said “I don’t have any more coins in the drawer, it’s ok to keep the rest right?” When I replied that he can either give me a full refund or the rest of my change, he suddenly “found” enough coins That’s no way to run a business. Don’t know if we’ll ever go back.
The food is amazing but the customer service is horrible. Every time I call to place an order they either hangup on me or put me on hold and never get back to me. And the last time I went in person we had problems with paying and getting the check waited an extra 15 min to finally get the bill. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Haven't been here in over year. And this place still doesn't disappoint. S/O to our bartender Ruben for being attentive to our selections. Will definitely be back. We had an amazing experience at Smoking Moon! The brisket was absolutely delicious. Ruben, the bartender, was fantastic and made our visit even better with his great service and friendly attitude.
