Not safe for attendance during this pandemic! Great tasting menu have tried almost everything they have and I cannot say they have any bad flavorUpdate went there on the 18 of November 2020 and was discussed by what I found. I ordered online for curbside pickup and when I called the location upon arrival I was told that they do not offer the curbside pickup and I would need to come in to the restaurant to get my drink. Earlier today, I visited this restaurant for their $5 medium smoothie promotion and I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of my drink. I ordered three smoothies and had to wait 30 minutes for my order due to issues with the blenders. Although I understood the situation and waited patiently for the manager to resolve the issue, when I finally received my order, all three smoothies were not properly blended and tasted watered down. I visit Smoothie King every Friday, but this past Friday was disappointing. When I went to pay for my $5 medium smoothie, the woman charged me over $7. I had mentioned that it was $5 smoothie day before ordering, but she still overcharged me. She seemed uninterested and many people go to Smoothie King on Fridays specifically because of the $5 deal. It put a damper on my day and I was not happy with the service or the extra charge.

I go to the bald king a lot and at this place I can never get a smooth that is done. I get the same almost every time, and it's practically another drink every time. sometimes it tastes good! when they hear and actually add the things I ask them and pay extra for. but most of the time I end at another place or another place to eat something instead of stopping here and wasting my money.

I had a fantastic dining experience at the restaurant tonight on 11/5/21, thanks to the outstanding staff, Paige and Liz. Despite it being 5$ Friday and the restaurant being busy, they were very friendly and recommended a delicious option for me. They were quick with the preparation and provided excellent service to all the customers. Thank you for a great evening!

The drinks are great. Staff works hard. Bogus as hell though that they can't take tips on card. So many times I've wanted to tip but don't have cash on me. They should be able to get their money!
