If I could give this place a zero rating, I definitely would. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I was so frustrated that I had to take the time to leave this one. This is the worst Smoothie King I've ever been to. First of all, I have proof of every purchase I've made there, and out of the last 12 visits, it has taken me at least 30 minutes just to place an order and another 30 minutes to actually get my drink, even with only one car ahead of me in line. What's even more frustrating is that there are multiple employees working and the service is still terrible, with everyone seeming to have an attitude. I would give this restaurant less than one star if I could. This place absolutely must be shut down. To start, my order was taken without receiving a receipt. The machine was not working, so I was unable to obtain a receipt. After waiting a considerable amount of time for my order, I eventually had to ask for a refund as we could no longer wait. However, no one on staff knew how to process a refund. After speaking with the manager, McKenzie, she instructed me to leave my contact information so she could issue a refund at a later time. I am not a local and did not have proof of purchase on hand. I was informed that it would take 7 days to receive my refund. This establishment should not be in...
I've had different issues hear. Ingredients left out, etc. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru. My smoothie was wrong so I went in to get it corrected, which was an inconvenience. When I got in there, the workers were doing more talking and joking than concentrating. Then I noticed that the girl cutting fruit was handling her cell phone while cutting. I said something and the other worker immediately corrected the girl amd made her change her gloves.
It was good my little sister works there so she gave me a daily warrior and a island breeze and a c4 from there the tastes was really strong for me daily warrior had a strong peanut butter taste and the island breeze I tasted bananas and powder the protein powder but the smoothies were both delicious and the c4 was so good and it pushed a button in my head I took 2 sips of it. That's all for right now but you guys should definitely check them out.

I had to repeat my simple order 7 times(not exaggerating) and they still messed it up. It took 22 mins for them to move 3 cars and get my order ready. Didn’t notice until I got home so had to drive back. I went inside this time and it took another 20mins for them to fix it. Again no exaggeration. The guy inside was nice but there’s definitely some issues at this location. Hopefully they tighten up soon.
The was the worst delivery I've ever had. The carrier was wet from the smoothie leaking. The driver left one of the smoothies on its side allowing for half the smoothie to fall out. I will be disputing these charges and post about my negative experience everywhere I can to earn others of this awful service.
Great Customer Service! I love the workers efforts at this location.. they work hard and they all work together. Sometimes services should not be looked at by how quick we get our order but the effort that was placed in the order that counts here.
I thought the restaurant opened at 8:00 a.m. so I went in at 8:03 to get a smoothie. Instead of being greeted, I was told, "I'm not ready yet!"
