I visit Smoothie King around three or four times a week for a snack or drink. I've previously asked for a smoothie to be set aside in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt or separate, which I completely understand. However, during my visit today, after placing an order over 45 minutes in advance, the young girl who took my order prepared it right in front of me. Her explanation was, "We’re not allowed to make them ahead of time." Since I work on the street for a busy business, I expected better customer service from a place in Summit.
