Smoothie King - Réservation de table

This is definitely the worst smoothie king I have ever been to ! I came 3 days ago and I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes being only the 3rd car in the line. Today I come and it is 8am and nobody is in the building to open. Two Smoothie king workers came straggling in after 8am with no care in the world. Waited patiently outside for them to get situated and unlock the door , just to find out at 8:24 that they're drive thru only . Oh to put the icing on the cake, at 8:18a a woman walks to the door and unlocks it and walks in so she had to be the owner. She also did not care that her business was running behind.

I have been frequenting this establishment for years. While I don't visit every day, I have been enough to notice that the customer service could use improvement. The staff often seem uninterested and act as if they are inconvenienced by helping customers. If you don't enjoy working with people, why choose a career in customer service? It doesn't make sense to me. Additionally, the smoothies could be blended better. I have decided to stop visiting this location and will instead support businesses that are appreciative of their customers. After all, without customers, there is no business.

This location is the most unpleasant location I’ve been too I’ve come here a couple of times because it’s closest to my house and each time it gets worst the females have attitudes and act as though they don’t want to work and their always slow I’ve don’t receive a greeting when I come inside and on top of that they don’t call my name once my order is finally ready

I entered the store on 5/14 at approx 3: 35p with at least 7 employees present. I was informed that orders are only accepted through the drive thru and online. Clearly this already an inconvenience if I am standing at the register......imagine how much walk-in business has been turned away because of this?!? Réservez une table maintenant

Asked for a açaí bowl .. let them take they time (20 mins w 5 cars behind me) came home and cracked open a bowl of açaí water with fruit and peanut butter on top. Nobody wanna answer the phone bout it ?

We were fortunate to have someone buy smoothies for our team at Carter's Academy on Friday. $5 Smoothies on Fridays are the best! We make it a habit to go almost every week to get some.

Arrived @7:45 young lady lied in drive through refused to allow me order smoothie bowl after young man was about to accept the order. I will be calling corporate lazy

Smoothies not ready from online order times , then get unblended smoothie from upset employee. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!! Réservez une table maintenant

The service at this restaurant is slow and the staff can be rude. It took 20 minutes just to get a smoothie!
