I pulled up at 9 PM on a Saturday. Their website says it's now open till 10 PM. I started to walk in and thus guy gets out of his car and says are you going to Smoothie King? I said yes. He said I work here and it's closed. I then called and the store and the employee that answered said oh our website isn't always right. You could tell she didn't know what to say probably bc she was lyingt. That's is weird considering their site says we have new hours on Saturdays. The employee who said he works there goes inside and walks out with a smoothie. This is the same dude employee that was locking the door every time someone came up to the door a few weeks ago. The smoothies at this restaurant are fantastic, and the location in the financial district is very convenient. However, the pre-ordering system could use some improvement. I had difficulty placing my order over the phone because there were only two employees working, and they were occupied with other customers. While it's not their fault, it would be beneficial for management to consider scheduling more staff during the busy morning hours.
Wonderful experience! I can't wait to go back. The staff is highly skilled and eager to help. The restaurant is clean and inviting. I had the chocolate mango smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the spinach pineapple smoothie, and while he didn't share, he loved it just as much.
The manager at this Smoothie King is fantastic. He consistently makes our drinks perfectly, and we've never been let down. I've visited several Smoothie Kings, but thanks to the outstanding service we always receive, we now choose Clayton as our go-to location.

Since it was hot out, I decided to order a smoothie before heading to a friend's event at John P. Fields. I ordered the Immune Booster. It was good. Also, customer service was good.
The staff were friendly and welcoming; however, I would appreciate it if they wore gloves and washed their hands, especially after handling money.
