HORRIBLE. i had bought a greek yogurt pineapple mango smoothie with kale, orange juice and strawberries. I should’ve already known it was going to go bad when the employee didn’t think it was an actual smoothie from the menu. first time it literally wasn’t my what I ordered. i’m a regular and order the same smoothie every smoothie king I go to. I had told them my order wasn’t right and a member remade it but gave it to my laughing. I was tempted not to go off on the unprofessionalism and inaccuracy here. what was even funny about handing me a smoothie ??? then the smoothie was even more way off from what I order the first time I could even tell by the color of the smoothie I just threw it ou...
I ordered a smoothie and asked for yogurt instead of butter pecan ice cream because of my nut allergy. The staff was informed about my allergy and confirmed before making my drink. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction after drinking some of the smoothie. I had my daughter try it and she could taste the butter pecan ice cream. Soon after, I felt stomach pain, vomited, and broke out in hives on my face. This completely ruined my Mother's Day and overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Smoothie Kings are usually convenient and enjoyable, and this location is no exception! Although they seemed a bit stressed due to the busy atmosphere and incoming online orders, the staff remained friendly and efficient. In my experience, Smoothie King smoothies are consistently good, and I have no complaints! It was a much-needed palate cleanser after some terrible Chinese food I had just beforehand. I’m hoping this smoothie will help settle my stomach.
The smoothies here are incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs and health or fitness goals. The place was quite busy when we visited, and they initially missed one of the three smoothies we ordered online. However, they quickly addressed the issue and made it right.

We were welcomed right away. It was Friday, so the place was quite busy. The staff members were efficiently taking care of everyone. Overall, it was a great experience, and my smoothie was even better than one I had at another location recently. Thank you for the excellent service!
