I love Smoothie King, but this is hands down the worst location! If you can, go to another location, I try to go to Largo but sometimes the convenience of a drive thru brings me here and it’s always the worst. They don’t blend the smoothies! Plain and simple, they need to be trained. Every smoothie I get has chunks in it, not small chunks, large hunks left in the bottom when I’m done. Tonight I got a smoothie with almonds, big mistake, sharp shards of almonds hitting my throat and I almost chocked. No other location has this problem, only this one. I typically have a good experience at Smoothie King, but tonight was particularly frustrating. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. After waiting for 20 minutes, I spoke to the young staff members and requested a refund, but they couldn't process it. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me no one was available to assist with refunds as the manager was in Miami for an emergency and they weren't sure when they would return. The staff was often distracted, joking and laughing, and when a coworker asked for kale, no one helped her. Additionally, they seemed to be out of the ingredients needed to make my smoothie. I'm very concerned on the fact that there is a long wait time after 6 pm, I can see why though, There's only one person there too do everything. On top of that they're kids, I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for just one smoothie but I don't even blame the worker there, They were completely alone and had to take care of drive through and walk ins, Its A little strange to leave one teenager alone to handle everything.
This location is extremely slow and unorganized. I sat at the drive thru for 10min with no response during the lunch hour one day. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and return for service but ended up waiting 30 min for a smoothie. Ultimately Customer service is mediocre at best. Definitely needs a change of leadership to get this location operating like other locations.

Don't bother going to this location if you like bananas or plan to have a banana in your smoothie. Three separate occasions in the last 2 months that they don't have bananas so I will start taking my business to one of the competitors right down the street that does have bananas!
The PB Swizzle smoothie bowl was delish but there was only one person on duty, he was new and didn't have much training. The drive through and in store was busy and this guy kept his patience. But he should not have been left be himself.
I ordered the mango kale smoothie, and it had the perfect consistency! I believe there was a new employee working, and she did an excellent job. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
My chocolate Hulk wasn't that but rather something strawberry. It was still very good though. Plus service was great. I'm not allergic to strawberries so all good lol.

The smoothies at Smoothie King are delicious, but the drive-thru service is much too slow. The menu offers great options, but the wait can be frustrating.
Ir was my first time visiting this place. IT WAS GREAT!!! My grandkids loved it.I'll take them back tomorrow.Maurice
