As of today, I will no longer be visiting Smoothie King. Two days ago, I ordered my usual 32-ounce mango kale smoothie as a regular customer. However, the staff gave my smoothie to the person who ordered before me. I had to wait another three minutes for them to make a new one, which they messed up by leaving out bananas and other ingredients. The original smoothie sat right there, but instead of letting me have it, they took it back and froze it. This morning, I went to place my order before dropping my daughter off at school. The staff reacted negatively when I brought up an error with my order. I paid $13 for a smoothie and expect it to be prepared correctly. I used to come here every day, but now I’ll be going somewhere else. They’ve lost a loyal customer, and I won’t be coming back.
