Snack la Fougassine

French eating is amazing, we all know that. but olivier really takes this statement to the next level. he welcomes them as his own hospitable in his little gem of a restaurant where he shares with them the most beautiful food with much love and passion. he takes only a few tables as he prepares himself and supplies them all while he explains which ingredients he used to create his recipes, so the whole experience away more than just eat a delicious meal. this was definitiw one of the highlights of my trip and I would recommend to everyone stop and experience how fantastic eating taste when made out of the heart. a lot of love from Australia

If you like casual dining with very relaxed atmosphere and fusion food this is the right place for you. The owner is enthusiastic, funny and open minded, prices are reasonable. Plates are filled with various side dishes and vegetables, interesting flavours and spices. Our fish...and duck leg both were tender and delicious. We had also zucchini quiche as a starter and healthy strawbery surprise dessert for better digestion. Bottle of local white wine was a good choice. Pictures tell more.

Olivier and Natalie served us a fabulous meal. Spices and tastes from around the world combined to produce a superb combination of flavours. A special mention for Olivier’s spiced Rhum! I would certainly love to return there if we visit Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume...again.

Pour ceux qui recherchent quelque chose de spécial. Notre déjeuner a été une expérience en contraste avec n'importe quel restaurant standard à l'opposé. Le propriétaire apporte de la passion à tout ce qu'il fait et on peut aussi le goûter. Une recommandation du cœur.

C'est un grand plaisir de manger à la Fougassine, mais l'expérience de l'hospitalité d'Olivier est absolument unique. Nous sommes très heureux de cette découverte fortuite.
