First of all, the customer should always be acknowledged upon request to see manager. This one fails. (If she is really the manager. My friend and I ask if she would please turn down the music do we could not yell over the totally obnoxious music. She came up and didn't even say hello and only that she can't control the music and that it is always loud and especially at the bar. I downgraded my original 5 Star review to 2 stars due to a bad experience a while back and I still stands at 2 stars. One week ago I ventured into Snooze, no one at the host/hostess stand so I used the restroom and came back to be greeted and seated. The waitress took quite a while to get to me and by then I was ready to order. Again it took quite a while and the breakfast finally showed up, Soft scrambled eggs grossly overcooked, cold bread that was supposed to be toast with not enough jam for one piece, raw, barely brown hash browns and limp bacon. Very bad attention from the employees, when we arrived we waited for 20 minutes to be served, we were looking for the waiters to serve us and take the order, the waiters avoided serving, two waitresses on the phone, we ran out of that place to never return

Very cool atmosphere. Food was good. I ordered the classic combo and the blueberry danish pancake. the pancake was really good, the bacon and hash browns as well. The eggs could have been better quality. They were small and the yolks were pale yellow. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is delightful, and the service is top-notch. They offer dog-friendly outdoor seating, and they also give back to the community through partnerships with Brookwood and the Ballard House. What’s not to love?

Overcharged me. I had a receipt for 35 and tipped 18% but got charged for almost a 28% tip
