I’ve been eating at soba Azuma for years and their quality and service has extremely derailed. I’ve gotten my food and it’s not only different but the main recipes are missing from the food. If you want to change the recipe, use your brain to either adjust the price or try to make it a same level. This is terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited last night for a cold vegetable soba, and it was excellent! The vegetables were incredibly fresh and refreshing, and the portion of noodles was just right. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 5. Réservez une table maintenant

Perfect lunch. Soba with omu kare rice (Thu lunch special), udon w/ donburi, donkatsu. Prices appropriate. Service cordial. Note same price for small, medium, large soba... Like Manhattan location as well. But, for weekday dine-in, NJ much better.
