I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but after my experience today, I will no longer be returning. I've always been satisfied with both the food and service until now. I called ahead to place an order for four kids' bowls, making the call half an hour before I needed to pick them up because I had somewhere to be afterward. When I arrived, they had mixed up my order, giving me three regular bowls and one kids' bowl instead.

Not sure how this establishment gets as many stars as they do the way it operates. Maybe location? Or lack there of in the area? The customer service in this place is **** poor. The kid behind the counter looks like he hates working there and was forced to by his parents and barely says a word unless you repeat yourself. The containers they use is confusing when it comes to bowls. The key is they’re not using bowls, they are soup containers so trying to eat a açaí bowl is not very convenient and wasn’t thought out. I?m writing this not to be mean, I love sobol. My family loves it and we get it quite frequently. My order is the always the same, I get a regular bowl with mango. I pay extra because in oyster bay they give big chunks of delicious mango. Tonight when my daughter got back and handed me my bowl and I opened it, it smelled bad as soon as I opened the container. We both tried it and realized it was beyond bad and I just thought it was unfair because I paid extra for it. They even cut the mango into super tiny pieces to make it seem like it wasn?t mushy. I hope this can help make sure people don?t get disappointed!!
I went into the store and was immediately treated disrespectfully by the staff, and after I got my açai bowl, I checked it and it barely had any fruit in it, with barely any of the nuetella that I paid extra for. Furthermore, the açaí tasted and smelled stale, as if it had been sitting out for days. It was not worth $20. Save your money and time. There are better alternatives out there.

Went the other day and I just couldn’t thinking about that great experience I had at Syosset Sobol! Especially with one of the workers, Emily. I have a lot of allergies and she double checked everything with me, making me safe as a customer. I hope to see her again when I come back, she is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!love her ?
The food is decent, but I find it odd that I can't create my own bowl. I can add or remove items from the available selection, but the price only goes up for the additional items, not down when I take things out. I ended up spending $20 on a medium bowl, which felt a bit excessive.
The food here was quite bland, lacking any real flavor—it felt like I was eating ice. I spent $13 and left feeling very dissatisfied. However, the staff were excellent, so I'll chalk it up as a loss. This restaurant is definitely not for me.
I ordered the super large size, but it was only filled to two-thirds. I paid nearly $17 for this, plus a credit card fee. I don't think I'll be returning to this place.

I get the Açaí bowl with peanut butter. Always great. Nice to have a good, healthy choice in Syosset, as there are many food options in the area.
