This place has the best location for getting value for your money. Other restaurants often make mistakes and shortchange customers by not including even the basic amounts of mix and fruit before adding on extras, which leads to disappointment. They also don’t seem to pay attention to special instructions, resulting in receiving something different from what you ordered and paid for. I've ordered from the Massapequa Park location and haven't encountered any issues. If there was ever a mistake, it was corrected immediately. Great job!

I've been to quite a few bowl places and this is by far my favorite! Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating as to allergies and special requests...(I'm kind of a pain in the butt with how I like my bowl.. lol) Definitely the cleanest acai store around as well!

This is the best location by far.... the best service and the employees are so nice! Words can’t describe how good these employees are, I went in today 2/22/21 and had a special request and they crushed it and got me huge points with the wife! THE BEST LOCATION!!!!

Compared to other locations in Suffolk (I've been to almost all multiple times) this location's actual acai is always a bit too frozen and I have to wait a good 20 to 30 minutes to comfortably eat and enjoy it. Other than that it's good.

My first acai bowl was in Florida a few months ago, and I loved it. When I got back home, I noticed they started opening places that serve them here. I'm so excited to enjoy one at least every other day, if not every day!

Always a delightful experience at this SoBol ! I order my acai bowl online to pick up on my way to a patient's home. I can take care of my patient and then take care of myself with a healthy breakfast or lunch.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the service was quick both inside and outside. The acai bowl was absolutely amazing!
