We arrived at 7:20 PM on a Monday and noticed the chairs were already stacked and a woman was mopping the floor, indicating they were eager to close. The staff member who took our order appeared quite annoyed. While I understand they were only 40 minutes from closing, it’s essential to provide good service during open hours. We ordered over $50 worth of smoothie bowls, and unfortunately, all of them were disappointing. My family and I frequently visit another location and have always had a great experience, but this particular location fell short in terms of consistency. I’m upset about this because I’ve been to so many SoBols and it genuinely hurts that the one that’s SO close to me is bad.I brought my best friend here about 2 months ago and hyped up açai bowls because she had never had one, we both got the regular bowl, and I haven’t hung out with her since because of how bad it was. I don’t think anyone understands how much she got let down.The atmosphere is cute but the açai has so much ice chunks in it, it was really bitter and crunchy?????i used to have açaí bowls twice a week and I haven’t had one since. I really believed in this place and I really hope it improves

I ended up ordering four bowls and used my foodie card along with the cash I quickly retrieved from the ATM just down the street, only to find out they no longer accepted the foodie card. One of the fundamental lessons in retail is that employees represent the brand, and in this case, the young woman could definitely benefit from some additional training or support so she doesn’t have to handle everything on her own. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

We ordered in store and wanted to try out their newest blend, melon berry but was told they ran out. However, after further research, we found out that you can still order it online, which makes me wonder if the employees were telling the truth or too lazy to make it. Amazing service Aby was great help me with the sugar intake on my bowl since I have diabetes and she help me pick out what was best for me bowl was so tasteful it was amazing

Very rare I leave reviews but the service here is so great. Even though it’s a quick in and out Abby left an awesome impression. Also quick service! Will be back!
