nice ambiente, unfortunately, does not match the courts' own claim. the lemongras kokos suppe seeks taste and definition. the ordered rumpsteak in medium rare (dry note: rather rare) came rather medium well but was changed without comment! unfortunately, a simultaneous eating with my care was no longer possible. the additionally ordered and completely overpriced supplemental salad had the shape and size of a 0.2l glass and was also without dressing. the aperol spray did not correspond to the standard (too little aperol and prosecco, too much soda and ice) which was shown on the aperol bottle, but was also exchanged cost-neutrally.

the söbentein (17) in ahrensburg is a great address for a tasty dinner in very nice ambiente! in direct proximity to the ahrensburger castle we have fed here very tasty, even the rest of the card sounds very promising and will be absolutely tried next time! the service was extremely friendly and attentive! we can recommend the restaurant with its very successful facility and the delicious food!

was in the hotel that houses this restaurant. came late and needed a quick bite to eat. for happiness we choose to expand our meal times to a course. the soup was stellar, both creamy and tasteful. our steaks, where cooked and seasoned. good and it was tender. the extras were maybe a little uninspired, but ok taste. very helpful and friendly staff.
we were very surprised that the whole hotel has changed behind. the visit in söbenstein is an absolute highlight in ahrensburg a comparable offer there hardly. the atmosphere is cozy and modern, the personal wonderfully friendly. on the map is something for everyone and serving lush and tasty. we like to come more often!
if they are looking for a German pub, this is not the place to find it. there are very good people who work here, with good eating, but not the atmosphere we were looking for. otherwise I would recommend a good meal.
