Sofie's serves an absolutely AMAZING jerk salmon cheesesteak! Wow! It was my first time trying a salmon cheesesteak, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Now, I really wish I had tried one sooner. Their jerk salmon cheesesteak has just the right amount of spice—spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. They had run out of provolone when I placed my order, but I opted for mushrooms, onions, and peppers instead. I can honestly say it was one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had! I passed by this place multiple times while working here in PA. I decided to try it out and was not disappointed. Sofie's Cheesesteak was so good and went to the number 1 spot for me. (I've been trying every cheesesteak here; 7 places so far) The sizes are quite insane from regular, large and xtra large but hey... plenty of leftovers haha. The fries were also spot on, not undercooked or over crispy. The chicken nuggets were a step above, like having a premium nugget superior than McDonald's. I'd definitely recommend Sofies to anyone passing by, it's definitely worth it.
I was looking forward to sharing some exciting news about the latest hot spot for cheesesteaks in Morton. The cheesesteak I had was good, with a decent amount of meat. However, I was hoping for more cheese—after all, it is a cheesesteak! I would also appreciate it if they stopped serving cheesesteaks in baskets and could cut them for easier eating. Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high, but overall, it was a positive experience.

It's a cozy little spot that is clean and well-equipped. I tried the cheesesteak, and it was wonderfully seasoned and delicious. I highly recommend it!
