I am so sorry that I set my expectations too high for you and asked for a takeaway c/o a black coffee and bacon roll, to be ready at the same time. No queue so I thought you might be able to manage this. The roll was ready about ten minutes after the coffee was out out on the counter, so early I didn't realise it was for me. Yes, the coffee was replaced when I asked, but the sarcasm/attitude received was the same as the coffee, cool and delivered poorly. Bacon roll was as good as ever but seems it will be my last from here. I work in Bath so will enjoy finding alternative eateries. We were visiting Bath for the Christmas market (2 adults and 3 teens). We bought 5 drinks and snacks in Soho Coffee. When we came to leave we popped to the toilets to find them shut. When I asked at the counter if there were alternative toilets to use I was told that there were toilets in the pub across the road and the person was very unpleasant. We were paying customers of Soho Coffee not the pub across the road! My understanding is that there is a legal requirement to provide toilet/hand washing facilities where the café provides food and drink with more than 10 seats. This was not provided. Horrible experience and we won't be back!
They have no idea how to cook an egg. Fried on top of whatever was in the pan before. Rock solid yolk with burnt black edges. Cold tasteless coffee. Sticky tables, tomato sauce stuck to the walls. Rude staff. Of all the eateries in Bath, we unfortunately chose this. A mistake never to be made again.
Bad breakfast. Lacking communication in the kitchen. Looks absolutely horrible. Ordered the caramel latte without whip cream but came with. And also extremely uncomfortable desk

Nice breakfast, spacious seating, lovely cup of coffee. Recommend avocado toast and carrot cake. Staff were nice, happy and service was quick.
Excellent coffee shop, very friendly staff, very tasty food. Edit 5/5 stars after realising there are toilets.
Nice coffee, price's are ok, service long wait for drink, if you have a wheelchair there to many steps inside
Friendly staff! Can't give the food a 5 as haven't tried it yet. But pastries looked incredible

Coffee 10/10 I ordered ice mocha and latte, that was the best in bath. But not easy have a seat
