Soho Japanese Bistro

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and unfortunately, I did not find it to be worth the price. The meals did not come with rice, soup, or a house salad as advertised. When I asked our server about this, I was told that these items were "optional," which was a new and unexpected response for me. I believe that when I pay for a meal, I should receive all the items that come with it. Additionally, my child wanted to order a bento box from the children's menu, but the waiter informed us that it was only available during lunchtime.
