As a rule, when a restaurant claims they serve more than a kitchen, it is wise to be careful what they serve you as they stand out to be better to a kind of food than the other. This is not the case with Soki gardens as they know what they are with their sushi and their bungalow Bo nuong cha gio (guides fried beef with Vermicelli noodle). They are excellent both Vietnamese and Japanese, and that comes from someone who was in both countries several times and tried all kinds of local food. Always make sure to visit soki Garden when you visit Karlsruhe, it is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The lunch menu has a very good selection of pasta, rice and sushi dishes for a very reasonable price. The food itself is always top-notch, and I never had problems with one of the dishes.
