I’m not sure where to start with this. I’ve been here a couple of times in the past so thought nothing of booking it for a Christmas meal. There seemed to be some confusion when we arrived with a member of staff saying something about putting tables together (downstairs) which was strange as we’d booked a table. Then someone came to direct us to a table upstairs. It was toasty warm when arrived and I would recommend if this is the case when you visit that you don’t do anything silly like taking your coat or jumper off as later on ALL the heating will go off. Eight of us booked for a family catch up and we all had a great evening. We had the specials menu and were spoilt for choice with all the different dishes to choose from. I chose the Lebanese Chicken which was delish followed by my favourite Eton Mess. Everybody seemed to choose something different two of the party had the mussels as a starter and throughly enjoyed them. Everybody was in agreement that they enjoyed the quality and taste of the food. A group of 6 of ate here before a trip to the theatre. We all had 3 courses from a special £20 menu. I had calamari, creamy cajun chicken with chunky chips and salad followed by Eton mess it was absolutely delicious The staff were fab and the owner very friendly and chatty. Thank you for a fantastic meal

First time at Sol Tapas and we thoroughly enjoyed it.The food was delicious and good portion sizes,staff were all lovely and very informative re allergies and choices etc.We will definately visit again Thankyou.
