The restaurant was very busy during my visit. My meal was delightful, but there was a hair found in my friend's dish, and since the food took quite a while to arrive, they had to make her meal again, which made the experience less enjoyable. I would recommend trying this place, but I suggest they improve their kitchen hair protection to avoid such issues. The cocktails were also quite tasty, if I remember correctly. The service was average at best, but it’s important to note how crowded it was. The tables are quite close together, but that’s to be expected in New York. I made a reservation for my daughter and her boyfriend to celebrate his birthday at a restaurant. They are both over 21, but still young. They arrived on time, dressed nicely, and provided their names along with the reservation confirmation. However, they were informed that there would be a wait, and to their dismay, other groups without reservations were seated ahead of them. The hostess attended to the party next to them but completely ignored my daughter and her boyfriend. It felt as though they were overlooked due to their youthful appearance, even though they are 22. I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while to try the pasta, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! We opted for the pasta tasting, and I was impressed by how fresh and perfectly cooked everything was. My favorites were the truffle pasta and cacio e pepe. The music added a really cool vibe to the place, and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. Our food and drinks were served quickly, and the melon and prosciutto salad was both fresh and delicious. I sat at the chef's table, which was really entertaining to watch. Everything was clean and well-organized. The only area for improvement would be the cocktails, but I will definitely be coming back. Great job, everyone!

We had an incredible experience at 'A Pasta Bar.' It was the best pasta we've had in New York! I highly recommend the truffle pasta. Everything we tried was fantastic—ravioli, burrata, tiramisu, and the focaccia bread were all delicious. The staff was very friendly, especially Nicolo, who was knowledgeable about the ingredients and extremely professional. We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant is fantastic, stylish, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were excellent, especially our server Nico—he was wonderful and took great care of us. The food was spectacular, incredibly fresh, and truly delicious. It reminded me of my time in Italy.

Excellent food! Very delicious! You can watch them prepare your meal right in front of you. Everything is made to perfection and incredibly fresh. The service is outstanding. Just keep in mind that it is quite a pricey restaurant.
