Don’t bother. We showed up with a reservation booked and apparently they had given our table to another party they thought was us. Did they bother to even ask their names before seating them? The woman offered us to sit near the front door and wait. No problem as she said we could order a drink and app while we wait for another table to open up. We also said if they found an extra stool we would be happy to sit at the bar. They apparently needed to go searching for one. Another party then shows up after us and they sit them before us claiming they had a reservation. Ummwe also had a reservation that you gave away to someone else, and we were also here before them? Such a good find. We just moved to Granby and we're looking for something besides burgers and pizza and this was it! We went for tapas and everything we had was on point. My fave was the bison ravioli and lamb slider. My husband loved the shaved steak and the bacon wrapped scallop. Great find in Fraser! Also split a bottle of wine and it was reasonably priced for the quality of food. Great ambiance and service, we will be back to try the main dishes next!

We had a lovely meal at Solstice with our family after a day of skiing. The setting is small and intimate and the food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and helpful in giving recommendations around the area. My husband accidentally left his phone and the owner was kind enough to mail it to us after we returned home. We will definitely return on our next trip to Winter Park. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Truly wonderful food, service, and ambiance. We were lucky to be here when the Jamaican chef created Caribbean night! And the signature Vesper cocktail is worth the drive up Berthoud Pass any time!
