This is the best Italian/American fusion you will find in the heart of Simsbury, actually I would be brave enough to say it in the VALLEY! All right. If you live nearby or just walk through, you owe it to come to Soma. Great staff, we sat in a few minutes! It's on a Friday night. All right. All from the pan horseradish Scallops appetizer to the decadent strawberry cheesecake: I'll have to run a few miles today, but it's worth it!!! (PS, the lobster ravioli will melt in your mouth and the PO boy roasted shrimp sandwich is one of the best I had in the northeast I had rate 6/5 if I could. In any case, a repeating customer in production : Even the owner was nice enough to stop what he did to check us 20-Jings. That says a lot about his character. We'll be back for more!
We had our rehearsal dinner at Soma Grille last week and the whole experience was exceptional. Chris and his staff made it easy for us from planning the dinner to execution. There was a small blip at the beginning with things getting off to a slow start but they fixed that very quickly and even better than expectation. Chris made a point to come out and check on us every once in a while to make sure that we had everything we needed, and checked in on the other tables as well. Everyone raved about how awesome the food was. Good times were had by all. Thank you to Chris and the staff at Soma Grille to make an important moment in our lives that much more special. The quality of food and portion size is worth the price. A good selection of dishes on the menu and the staff is friendly. Really nice outdoor seating ideal for a nice night outside. Make a reservation in advance as it is very popular for good reason. I'd be sure to come back.
