You have the option to request your food extra crispy, but be aware that it can be too greasy and prepared in the 'typical Mexican way'. I have a family member who cooks authentic Mexican food that has been passed down for generations, so I have high standards. I enjoy the quesadillas with just cheese, but prefer them cooked a bit longer rather than crispy. The burritos mostly consist of potatoes and meat, which I find to be overpriced. Seen this restaurant on the morning news Saturday celebrating the opening their 14th location. The food LOOKED GOOD, but I was concerned that the proprietor appeared to be very Caucasian. We decided to try the place. Although the facility was nice, modern and a pleasant atmosphere, the food could not have been more bland. The rice tasted as it had no Cumin spices, the Taco and beef tostada (paid extra for beef) were tasteless. All the food, again could not have been more tasteless and bland.
