We went here for lunch at Bistro Son Brull. The menu promised Spanish tapas, paella and more. Unfortunately, both the quality and the taste were anything but Spanish, but English. The patatas bravas were red and white fries, the paellas were dry and without any taste or spices. In response to our complaint , the waiter said that we should have said when ordering that we would like the food to be seasoned, that they had spices and chili sauce there (didn 't even know that this belongs in paella). Uh???? As a compensation there was a free dessert (more bad food) instead of taking the price of the paella off the bill. The location of the hotel is also not very idyllic, quite close to an MA. My partner and myself spent 2 days at the hotel. It was incredible and we were so sad to leave! Service is amazing and the attention to detail in our rooms and even at the pool with drinks was impeccable. We loved every minute. We only dined at the restaurant bistro but it was amazing and the breakfast as well. Cannot say enough great things, we will be back!
