I've been to many Sonics across the country, and this one is the best by far. This is not the closest Sonic to our house (we pass others to get here), but we will continue to drive farther to go to this location. The others are awful. The staff is super friendly, the location is very clean, and the food is hot and delicious. In addition to the typical Sonic outdoor seating, this location has good quality patio furniture including wicker ottomans and chairs. Each table also has a plant on it the nice furniture and homey touch of plants just push this Sonic feel to the next level. On our way out, we noticed the sign that said this location is voted as one of the top 12 locations in the US nothing about that surprises me. Review edited: we ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, got it home, and were disappointed by the 3 tiny tenders we got. They were not even tasty. Come on, you guys are better than this.
We were shorter an order of onion rings. We pushed the button to notify and they said they would send some right out. We ate and then ordered ice cream. The ice cream arrived and I asked about the onion rings and they said they put them in a bag and delivered them to the car in the stall next to us. She went back in to get a new one and came out and said since they already sent some out (even though it was not to our stall) they could not do anything about it unless I had a receipt. We had just thrown out trash away so I went to go pull it out of the trash but it was covered already. She apologized and said the manager and owner were inside and wouldn?t allow her to get us the items ordered. So it appears that the owner and the managers unwillingness to make this right cost them a customer over a side of onion rings.
I love this Sonic. 95% of the time my order is perfect, and the few times that it wasn't exactly (as accidentally pickles on something if I didn't order pickles or forget a sauce it happened, we are human! They were so nice and apologetic that I literally don't even care. Going to another sound feels like a completely different restaurant. The staff here is always so professional and so beautiful, my order always comes out quickly, and the quality is consistently great. This is absolutely my way to the Fast Food Spot. Other Sonics should try to be like this. There's a reason they're always busy! Keep the great work of yours!
Eating was okay. Not the best sound I had, but not the worst. The outdoor terrace was a mess with food and garbage scattered. We asked for ketchup for two orders from chickens and zets and they gave us two packages. Does it look so silly? Do not leave feeling particularly impressed, but it?s fast food so is what it is?.
