We stopped by Sonic Drive-In for a quick meal, but our experience was disappointing. The employee taking orders cut us off before we even finished, and then we waited 25 minutes while cars that ordered after us sped through. When the carhop finally arrived, she claimed, "It took so long because it's fresh," yet our food was cold. When we tried to address this, the same employee responded rudely, saying, "I never said your food was fresh. Do you want a refund or fresh food?" Although the manager was friendly, the staff clearly need better support. Hopefully, improvements will be made to ensure the rest of the Sonic Drive-In menu is served efficiently and warmly.
Despite being busy, the line moved quickly! The friendly gentleman taking our order and the lovely lady at the register made sure everything was correct before we left, which is rare at most drive-thrus. The carhop was attentive and the staff professional. The drinks were great, and I noticed they use foam cups instead of plastic, which was a nice surprise!
My visit to Sonic Drive-in was disappointing because of the management. I observed Brittney, the manager, being quite disrespectful towards her employees. She was yelling at them through the drive-thru window, and her tone was completely inappropriate. I hope Sonic takes action to resolve this matter.
I waited 25 minutes for just four cups of ice, one water, and one burger, despite placing my order ahead of time through the app. The restaurant was quite empty, so I don’t understand the hold-up! You should be pros when it comes to drinks. I checked in at 8:09 PM and didn’t leave until 8:32 PM.

I had a terrible experience at Sonic Drive-in! I ordered a large strawberry lemonade, and it tasted awful. To make matters worse, I didn't receive my receipt. I can't imagine what else on the menu might be spoiled or outdated. I won't be returning!
Had a great experience yesterday they were amazing so very nice and the manager was awesome that you ladies really appreciate getting to talk.
The onion rings here are the best. Service can be slow, but somehow the food tastes better because of it.
