My wife and I arrived at the Oneonta location just before 10 p.m., unaware that they were about to close. Although the lights were on, the screens were off. I pressed the call button, and a friendly voice answered. She took our order with courtesy and professionalism, assuring us that our food would be brought out as soon as it was ready, although the chicken would take a few extra minutes to cook. She appreciated our patience in advance. True to her word, the food was served promptly, and she greeted us with a smile, especially considering we arrived just as they were closing, which meant a bit of extra work for her. A few months ago, I went to this restaurant while I was in town for a funeral. Although I currently reside in California, I'm originally from Oneonta. The Sonic location here has some unique drink options, and I had a few questions. David, the manager, came out to talk with me, and he was incredibly nice. He recommended a drink called Sun Drop, which I had never tried before, and he was spot on – it was fantastic! His friendly attitude provided a comforting touch during a challenging time.

If you're looking to break away from the usual fast food spots like McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's, you should definitely stop by Sonic. I've been visiting this place for a few years now, and I consistently enjoy their corn dogs and double cheeseburgers, especially paired with a refreshing iced tea. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making the visit well worth it.

The hot chocolate was basically BOILING brown water with no flavor, and I mean it was boiling, couldn't drink it for a long time and my daughter had a hard time driving with it out of fear of spilling it on herself, it doesn't need to be that hot people Réservez une table maintenant

I have been attempting to call this restaurant for three days, but no one has picked up. If there is a problem with their phone service, it would be helpful for them to inform customers.

The food was quite good, but I wasn't fond of the manager; he was rude to the staff, who were clearly working hard while he wasn't. I believe his name was David?
