Placed an online order and was missing one of the items. I was still parked at the stall so I pressed the button for help. The employee on the intercom proceeded to tell me that the stall I was currently parked at was not in service and that I needed to find another one. The employee then proceeded to cut the communication without allowing me to inform her of the situation. I then moved to a different stall pressed the red button and waited for approximately 7 minutes before the same employee on the intercom began to speak. I'm sad to say that my family and I will never be dining at this location again. We don't frequent Sonic often, but when we decided to go there yesterday, it was a regrettable choice. My son's father, who is also my boyfriend, has been suffering all night and day with vomiting, a fever, and severe cramps. It seems he has experienced food poisoning, and we're now just hoping he gets through this without any serious issues. He ordered the footlong chili dog, which I believe is item number 11. we have never been to Sonic no lemonade strike 1 kids that don't like soda apparently we were taking too long in a completely empty drive through lane and worker tries to send us to park umm no strike2 size and side sound very similar on a garbled speaker don't get an attitude when I don't understand you. strike 3 still haven't eaten at sonic because of their horrible customer servic.
I used to come here for drinks all the time, but recently every visit has been disappointing. The drinks are watered down and the food is consistently cold. I've tried to give them another chance, but it's frustrating to spend over $20 on subpar quality.

I'm sorry, but I really don't like Sonic. They don't offer anything even remotely healthy, and their prices are too high. They don't even deliver your order on roller skates anymore. I personally don't like them, but my sister does.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I pressed the call button twice and waited for 10 minutes without receiving any attention. No one responded through the speaker. I ultimately decided to leave and go to Wendy's instead.
Waited like 10 min for our order to be taken just for us to pull up at the window and have everyone in there standing around smiling and laughing and girl at the window was on her phone.
I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. It took an additional 15 minutes to receive the correct meal.
