Sonic Drive-in - Réservation de table

Stopped in after a long hot day. Paid for food and realized we didn’t get 1 of the sandwiches. Returned and explained myself and was told I needed to order another sandwich. I have a receipt and I haven’t even left the lot yet. The and very rude employee came and and was beyond rude and disrespectful. The a mean bully looking guy comes out with my sandwich and just steered us down. Worst experience we’ve had at any sonic and it will be the last. Great food and horrible staff.

I enjoy the location of this restaurant, and every time I have visited, I have not experienced a long wait like I have at the one on Gallatin Pike. I always use the app to order, and in the past few months, I have consistently received fresh tater tots or fries. Overall, this Sonic is as good as it gets. Although they do not have a drive-thru, there is no space to add one.

Waited over ten minutes for them to answer the button. Then an additional twenty minutes for my order. Two of the employees were outside talking while everyone that was here waited for their order. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had got a burger with hair on it I called they got rude with me then I went up there for a replacement again they wasn’t no gloves at all then got mad cause I kindly ask them to remake my burger. I have pictures all. Réservez une table maintenant

Every time I order the sweet tea at this restaurant, it is always disappointing. I ended up having to throw it out because it tasted watery and not like tea at all.

We ordered two doubles and got two singles. Everything else was good, but the person making the burgers needs better attention to details.
