Will never go there again customer service usually on point but thanks to Shannon lane 91 I will never go there again I ordered French toast sticks with a French vanilla iced coffee the French toast sticks was clumped together and looked like someone bit out of them and the drink was disgusting when I went back for a refund there was no remorse on her part she came back and gave me a copy of the receipt told me it would take 35 days for a refund which is a lie I immediately contacted corporate and will never go there again thanks to her!!!! She had others complaints but clearly nothing has been done!!
I recently tried the Sonic Mocha Crunch Shake and it exceeded my expectations in both appearance and taste. This shake is creamy and delicious any time of day. I stopped by before my appointment at the Cayce West Columbia Primary Health and Family Center on Monday 8/8/2022 and also tried the limited Edition Sonic Big Dill Cheeseburger, which was incredibly tasty. Thank you Sonic Drive-In for a job well done!
Nice food, efficient staff. I want to praise these young folks at this location. They are courteous, good mannered young kids who are making their effort to treat customers happy. I am a happy customer everytime. I love Sonics crispy chicken sandwich andcheese sticks. They do a great job on that!! I RECOMMEND!!
I don't have any Sonic restaurants near my area, so I decided to try it after a long time. The food was delicious and the lady who brought our order was very friendly and had a great attitude. I was very impressed and would definitely come back again.

My experience here was one of the worst for this chain. The burgers looked to be hastily thrown together with barely passable vegetable toppings. I can't believe how small the patties have gotten while the prices continue to rise.
This restaurant offers the best fast food service I've ever encountered! The staff working there today had fantastic attitudes. They truly deserve a raise.
