Overall, this restaurant offers a decent lunch experience with good service and a pleasant atmosphere. This restaurant is usually a great choice, but our latest visit fell short of expectations. We placed our order and waited, only to receive it just before 9 PM. Before we could check our order for accuracy, the staff turned off the canopy lights and closed the restaurant, as it was 9 PM on a Friday night. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect, but we couldn't communicate this to anyone since the restaurant was already closed. This left us paying for food we didn't order, with no way to resolve the issue.
The toast was burnt and it took longer than expected to receive my order. I ordered the double cheeseburger with tots, but people who ordered after me received their food before I did. I had already tipped when placing my order, so I would not recommend doing that. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

The experience was disappointing. When we arrived to order dinner, we started to place our order, but we were told that only drinks were available because no one was cooking. It was frustrating that the restaurant was open but not serving any food. So, we decided to leave.
This restaurant is in a poor, unkempt state. The server, who was an older woman, forgot to add whipped cream to my strawberry milkshake. To make matters worse, my grandmother received a melted ice cream cone. It was quite disappointing! Overall, the service was lacking.
The service was outstanding, even though the waitress had to brave the cold to take our order. It would be beneficial for them to ensure that all their screens and microphones are functioning properly to avoid similar situations in the future.
This restaurant is generally good. It often feels like they are understaffed with experienced employees, but that seems to be an issue nearly everywhere.
