I like this place here. They were closed for a while and boy did I miss them!!! The food is better especially the mozzarella sticks. They were so hot and they made them fresh. The slashes were half price during happy hour. I ordered the strawberry apricot red bull slushy and it was good. Overall, they were nice,patient, because my kids were deciding, and happy to help. Thank you Sonic. It reminds me back down south. It is always a wonderful treat.
Just went here and got a milkshake, the quality was decent, and the man that brought me my food was extremely kind. The problem was the woman that took my order was not helpful, and kept arguing with me over whether they had nuts or not even though their sign said they did. I wasn't impressed with her, but like I said before, the milkshake was decent, and the man that brought my food was amazing.
Long story short, tried to order on the app. It failed horribly. Contacted customer service and they offered absolutely nothing. No order for us. Went to the restaurant, explained to guy on the the speaker. Immediately, him and a manager came out to the car and promised to take care of us. They both went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent customer service
My grandson and I visited Sonic for the first time in Stoughton, Massachusetts. I would like to praise one of your employees who was multitasking by delivering food outside and taking orders inside. I assume they were short-staffed, but he did a fantastic job and even took the time to check in on us to make sure everything was alright. I think his name was John. Réservez une table maintenant
I had a great experience at this restaurant. I ordered the cheesesteak and chili cheese dog combo and it was delicious, well-packaged, and reasonably priced. They got the basics right, which doesn't always happen. I will definitely be returning.
We ordered two slushies with nerds. One of them got mixed with lime when it wasn't asked for. It wasn't bad but it took away from the blue raspberry flavor. The service was quick and the guy taking our order was nice.
First time ar Sonics after seeing the commercials in Hawaii for years! (There's no sonic in HI) Had to pull in and tip extra, I guess it was more about the experience. Stop in on a road trip if you've never been.
The staff at this restaurant are very welcoming. I tried the jumbo popcorn chicken, but some pieces were dry and almost cold. I believe it would be preferable to fry the popcorn chicken fresh when ordered. Réservez une table maintenant
Tried to order on the app but it won't let you remove the bun for gluten free ordering. Very hard for them to hear our order for dietary restrictions from the screen. The staff was great and friendly.
