This restaurant always seems to make mistakes and when you call them out on it, they get an attitude. It's better to just go to Taco Bell where they at least get your order right. I decided to give this place another chance and placed an online order. It took about 45 minutes to get my food, and then I had to wait in the stall for another 30 minutes. I had to ask twice for my order, but when I finally got it, everything was cold. The onion rings were half burnt and half raw, stuck together. I will not be wasting any more of my hard-earned money here. I definitely do not recommend this location.

The lady who managed burger king so bad ppl won't even go there anymore now works at Sonic and is running the place quickly into the ground, we ordered mozzarella sticks, she gave old ones then I sent them back and she sent them back out just refried!! Anyone who's worked fast food knows the difference, get rid of her sonic asap also I need my fresh mozzarella sticks!! Absolutely bad. I asked for a vanilla cherry dr pepper. Nothing hard about it yet they had gotten that wrong 2x one was just dr pepper. Second time they added the cherry but not the vanilla and I just left before they could fix it again because I was already in line for an hour just waiting on a drink. I can sympathize that they may or may not be low on workers but is that a good reason for customer service to not even exist anymore?
This restaurant experience was disappointing. I ordered the new pickle fries, but they only brought out half of my food. The staff informed me they were out of pickle fries and still charged me the same price as if they were available. On a positive note, I enjoyed the cranberry limeade. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were lacking. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

28.00 dollars worth of food for lunch and our chicken bacon clubs were dry and burned. Fries and onion rings small size and I paid for medium. Worst onion rings I have ever had!!! I had one simple request and it still wasn't done correctly. I ordered a burger combo and some popcorn chicken, but never received the burger. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 5 stars.
The servers and staff members who took our order were fantastic. They were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our dining experience.

Food is good but the service is so slow, 30 minutes and more for 3 medium milkshakes is rediculous!!
