"Ordered a large popcorn chicken for dinner all of it was batter no actual chicken as you can see I separated what was actually edible. Also ordered tater tots they didn't have enough to fill up the containers so put fries on the bottom to make it look full... SMH"

I took my daughter here before going to see sonic 2 with her, figured it would be cute. Well we had 2 separate orders, I told the lady this before I ordered and she said go ahead with the first order so I ordered. When we went to make our second order we were informed we are not taking anymore orders for 5-10 minutes .. why would you take half a party's order but not the other half. You don't serve half a table at a time... I asked this question and was told my manager told me to say that we aren't taking anymore orders for 5-10 minutes I asked why they didn't inform us of this and we could've just ordered together and split it later, got a repeat of were not taking anymore orders for 5-10 m...

This location consistently provides me and my family members poor service. The sounds from inside the kitchen can be heard through the drive through speaker and the unprofessional conduct and noise kept interupting the attendent from taking my order. They were out of sweet tea and would not make more, probably because it was close to the end of shift but, did not let me know till I was waiting several minutes at the widow for the order to be filled and after I had paid. Several times that I or someone I know goes through the drive through the person at the window loses track of what I ordered and has to clarify the order for a second and sometimes third time.

I've tried to give this restaurant several chances, but I keep having the same disappointing experience. I've ordered their breakfast burrito three times in a row, and each time it has been the smallest one I've ever seen compared to other locations. It's about half the size and filled with eggs that are virtually inedible. The eggs are so hard and crispy; it feels like they just scraped the edges of the grill and threw that in. I even tried to pick out the extra bits, but after a while, I just gave up. I won't be returning unless something changes, and it's a shame because it's literally right next to my house.

I came late there, but more than 5 minutes before closing. I'm here and the system said someone was with me. I heard someone said to some young people that they shut up so I beat the button again. someone said we were closed. (now a minute or so before I wrote the closing time, I said you were not closed when I punched the button first. then they took my orders. it's not like I wanted something special just 2 hot dogs and a lime hose. Every time I come to this location, everything takes forever. Trying to get through the drive thru line to even order the food takes at least 20 minutes. Then after ordering, it’s another 20-30 minutes. This isn’t just a couple of times. It’s EVERY single time I come here. I’ve had better experiences at other Sonics. I don’t have anything negative to say about the food or service per say. But the wait is just not worth it.

I didn’t end up purchasing anything. I changed my mind after recalling that they charged me 30 cents for a cup of water, which most places offer for free. I haven’t worked in three months, so I need to be mindful of my expenses. With the heat outside, it’s important for people to stay hydrated, but I decided to wait until I got home to drink.

The food is good but the tea is almost always old. ? I get a sonic sweet tea almost daily and about 50% of the time it’s old… I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but I really want this to change because I’m such a faithful customer for the sonic sweet tea lol not many places you can still get crushed ice and Styrofoam cups. ??

I want to experience what they do before we return. We ordered online: two shakes and two soft drinks. It took 25 minutes for our order to be confirmed after we arrived. When I finally pressed the button to check on our order, the shakes were already partially melted, and the ice had turned sour. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is always cold and soggy.I decided to give their business another chance so i ordered the chicken tenders.Again another mistake.The chickens tenders where extremely dry also as hard as a rock.I think the franchise should look into it.Sorry for my honest opinion.
