I was disappointed with my recent order. My fork was placed on top of my Footlong Quarter Pound Coney Combo, and the chili and cheese ended up spilling everywhere except on the hot dog. Additionally, my meal didn’t come with the tater tots I was expecting. The Soft Pretzel Twist was hard and cold. Overall, this experience has made me reconsider ordering from here again. The only redeeming aspect was the Hot Fudge Sundae, which was delicious.
ONG!! Never have I been to a drive thru and had such horrible customer service. First off the girls accent was so heavy and she talked so loud and on the speaker you could barely make out what she was said. When I kindly asked her to repeat herself she started yelling “look lady what do you want to order”!! I was in shock as she told me “are you gonna order or what!!” Nope!! Never will I eat at sonic again
I went to buy breakfast thru the drive-thru this morning. I asked the lady at the window for my receipt, and She immediately got angry and threw the receipt on the ground not only was she very rude, but the burrito that I got was just disgusting. cold tortilla with big pieces of sausage. Thank You for a horrible customer service! Do not go to this location!
I live just ten minutes away, so my food arrived quickly. However, I ordered extra tomatoes on my chicken sandwich, and there were none. Additionally, the fries were ice cold and barely present. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for a $13 combo. Réservez une table maintenant
Sweet sweet kid working tonight. Repeated my order back to me and I got everything I requested. He was so so polite, believe he said is name is Harold. Ty Harold! I usually come in the mornings and the 2 ladies I see are very kind as well.
Best Meal I have had that was made fresh, in a short time! The crew had the best customer service!! Fries were fantastic! Night crew 9pm 9/23/2022 keep being the BEST!!
